
Every summer is the same question: I want crispy little -salted cucumbers, but I don’t want to mess around and wait, marin. Grandmother fussed with banks, pots, brine, and now everything can be done much faster and easier. It will take only 1 package and 6 very simple and affordable ingredients, and after an hour you can eat, the TG channel “Daches” (18+) is divided.
Recipe
We take 1 kg of cucumbers (preferably with pimples), cut off the “butt” from them, then cut the dill, clean 4 cloves of garlic. We put all this in a dense bag. There:
- 1 tablespoon of large salt without a hill.
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- 20 peas of black pepper.
We tightly tie it and begin to shake so that the cucumbers are “marked” properly.
After 60 minutes in the refrigerator – aroma, crunch and no chemistry. With young potatoes, aromatic oil and fresh herbs – just a volume. Bon appetit.
