The Czechs are taken over by shopping centers in Poland. “We realized our plan”


As Jan Černý, managing director of the BHM Group, commercial parks, operating in various regions of Poland, noted in a statement, because the Czech company is an experienced player in building this type of centers and can contribute to their development. The Czechs are currently managing the network of shopping centers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, operating under the My Park brand.

Czechs “excited” investment in Poland

The A-centrum network is 10 modern shopping parks located in smaller Polish cities, including in Inowrocław, Dzierżoniów, Iława or Środa Wielkopolska. They offer a lease area of ​​approx. 30,000 sq m, and in each of them there are about 60 commercial premises. Usually, brand tenants are brands such as Pepco, CCC, Rossmann, Martes and KiK.
