The District Court in Warsaw revoked the European arrest warrant issued against MP Marcin Romanowski – said the court's criminal affairs spokeswoman, Judge Anna Ptaszek, on Friday.

Earlier, Bartosz Lewandowski, the representative of the PiS MP, announced the court's decision on the X platform.
“The District Court in Warsaw accepted my request and revoked the European Arrest Warrant issued against MP Romanowski. He can move freely within the European Union countries and is no longer prosecuted outside Poland,” wrote Lewandowski.
He also recalled that Interpol had previously refused to issue a red notice. (PAP)
