In the cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where the enterprises of coal mines and energy are located, they began the work of the trade union committee of the Melnichenko Foundation.

In Nazarovo, Sharypovo, Kansk, Borodino and Minusinsk, adolescents will do good deeds for the benefit of a small homeland during the summer holidays, as well as get acquainted with various professions, including coaling and energy enterprises.

So, in Borodino in the first working week, the trade union committee felt like employees of the largest coaling enterprise of the country – the Borodino section. Here the guys learned which professions can be obtained directly at the enterprise, what archive experts are doing, who and how puts the railway tracks in the carbon incision, what functions the dispatchers perform. In Nazarovo, high school students managed to get acquainted with the professions of the Nazarovsky repair and mechanical plant (ESK SUEK LLC).

“Very soon it will be necessary to determine the profession, so I really wanted to know what directions are in demand today in our city,” says Nikita Voronov from Nazarovo. “In the trade union committee, we are not just coming on review excursions, but they tell us in more detail what this or that specialist is doing, and you can already try on for yourself – I want to do this or not.”

In Kansk, the guys became guests of the Kansk TEP. Every day, schoolchildren plunge into the activities of one of the main workshops of the enterprise and learn in detail about professions. Schoolchildren were also told in which university or osuz should be done to become part of a large power engineer team. In addition, together with power engineers, young people will take part in various events, for example, in the “Help Clean Clean” campaign. With their curators, they will put things in order in the coastal zone of the Tarayka River and will contribute to the preservation of the city’s ecology.

“I heard a lot about the trade union committee and wanted to participate in this project. For me, this is an opportunity to understand who I want to be and what to do when I finish school. We are shown at the Kansk CHPP how everything works at the station. It is interesting to learn about the work of complex devices and equipment that generates heat and electricity, ”said Alexei Levshankov from Prokmanda. FM Kansk.

The guys from the city of Minusinsk will also get acquainted with the process of heat and electricity. Their trade union committee has been replacing on June 16. At the same time, activists of the labor movement in Sharypovo will try “tast” mining professions in the Berezovsky section.

In total, more than 200 high school students of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will work in the trade union teams this summer-these are children of SUEK-Krasnoyarsk and SGK, as well as activists of youth centers and students of profiles. FM.
