While others are simply pouring, I am preparing a basic zone with the accuracy of the surgeon: Currant thanks the berries of the berries

June is the time when currant is poured with juice, and the correct top dressing works real miracles! The Channel “Favorite Dacha” on DZEN.RU (16+) is divided by the way of preparing bushes, getting a delicious crop without unnecessary fuss.

June is in full swing, so the currant berries are already growing with might and main. Some people think that feeding bushes now is a waste of time, but this is completely wrong! Competent top dressing in June is the key to a large and generous crop. The main thing is to know how and how to fertilize, so as not to harm.

First about the composition: in June, it is better to postpone the nitrogen. It is good in the spring, when the bushes increase greens and flowers, and now it can only slow the maturation. Instead, we rely on phosphorus and potassium – they help berries to accumulate sugar. Plus trace elements: they strengthen the immunity of the plant so that it is not afraid of diseases. But before pouring fertilizers, we prepare the basal zone: loosen the ground, remove weeds and pour well with ordinary water.

The first top dressing option is for those who love natural

Take 150 grams of wood ash (approximately a glass of 250 ml), pour 10 liters of water, mix and infuse for 5 days. Then water this solution under each bush – approximately on a bucket to the plant. This is a little dreary, but the berries will be something! After watering, mulch with compost: he will hold moisture and at the same time drive weeds.

If you mess with ash, there is no desire

Buy superphosphate and potassium sulfate – 1 tablespoon of each for 10 liters of water. Add 1.5 – 2 g of trace elements there, for example, Humat+7 iodine. Stir everything well to dissolve, and water the bushes – by a bucket for each. Do not forget to loosen and spill the ground before that.
