As the fire brigade of San Antonio informed on Friday, the number of confirmed fatalities increased from 4 to 10, but six people are still missing. In the northern part of the city, an emergency and stroke action is still underway with police dogs.
Record rainfall on Thursday reaching 20 cm caused instant floods, and the current kidnapped 15 cars, pushing some of them from the road to the stream. The services managed to save 10 people. Many streets remain closed due to large stones and branches blocking the passage.
