An application was submitted to delete new hope. What next with the party?

According to Rzeczpospolita, new hope may soon disappear from the records of political parties. It is because of financial statements for 2024, which the new hope was to be submitted by the end of March. She did so, but, as the National Electoral Commission (PKW) assesses, the documents were provided in a manner inconsistent with the legal requirements.
As a result of this error PKW submitted an application to the Warsaw District Court to delete new hope from the records of political parties.
Bartłomiej Pejo, one of the representatives of New Hope, announces a fight in court. He emphasizes that the grouping plans to assert its rights in accordance with applicable regulations.
This may not bring the result expected by the party. “Rzeczpospolita” here cites the opinions of officials of the National Electoral Office who indicate that they know few cases in which in similar circumstances managed to defend against deletion.

What in this case? If a new hope is deleted, Sławomir Mentzen can always register a new formation. This, according to party activists, should not be a big organizational challenge.
New hope is not the only party that can affect the consequences of the lack of properly complex financial statements. As Rzeczpospolita reminds, there are a total of 97 registered political parties in Poland. From this group, seven did not comply with the obligation to provide relevant documents in time.
