He picked up a metal pipe on the street and decided to open it an ATM. The man began to strike at the body of the apparatus to get the money, but flaws were in the plan – the ATM did not give in.
The “cracker” was detained in the process of beating the device. The man was charged with an attempt to theft and detained.
