Nawrocki: I believe that the new opening will start

President Elekt Karol Nawrocki assured that he would work not only for his voters, but also those who voted for his opponents. I believe that with my presidency a new opening in Polish politics will start – he said during the ceremony at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.

During this ceremony, Karol Nawrocki received a resolution of the PKW about the election of the President of the Republic of Poland, which was given to him by the head of PKW Sylwester Marciniak.

Nawrocki assured that he would be “president of one Poland”. Among his priorities, he mentioned the “destruction of the walls of hatred between Poles” and the renewal of public debate. “Hate cannot be an alternative to inept rule, hatred cannot be an alternative to conducting a political dispute in the Polish parliament and the lives of many social groups” – said Nawrocki.

“I believe that with my presidency a new opening in Polish politics, without hatred walls, will also begin, but with a deep sense that thanks to this election citizens of the Polish state regain their voice” – added President Elekt.

Nawrocki received the resolution of the PKW, but the protests are still flowing

So far, 108 protests have been received by the Supreme Court against the president's election – said Monika Drwal from the Supreme Court press team on Wednesday. There is time until Monday, June 16 to submit such protests.
