Four new entities on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority

Four new companies were entered on the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority: “Dreamfactory Solutions LLC”, “Everest Group”, “Ecological Wiatrowa Power Plant 15 sp. Z oo” and “TC Media sp. Z oo” – KNF informed on Thursday.

In the case of “Dreamfactory Solutions LLC” notification from art. 150 para. 1 of the Act on payment services was directed by the KNF Office to the Radom-Wschód District Prosecutor's Office in Radom. This article refers to conducting activities in the scope of providing payment services or in the scope of issuing electronic money without authorization.

In turn, notification from art. 178 in joke. 69 para. 2 point 2 of the Act on trading in financial instruments was directed by the KNF Office to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw in the case of the “Everest Group” company, performing activities using the Everst.EU website. The cited article refers to conducting business in the field of trading in financial instruments without permission or authorization.

On Thursday, entities “Ecological Wind Power Plant 15 sp. Z oo” and “TC Media sp. Z oo” were also entered on the list of public warnings. In their case, notifications from art. 287 of the Act on investment funds were directed by the KNF Office to the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. Article 287 of the Act on investment funds concerns investment activities without permission.

The list of warnings conducted by the PFSA is a set of entities in relation to which the Commission reports a notification of suspicion of committing a crime. The purpose of the list of public warnings is to alert the society and business entities about the need to exercise greater caution during contacts with these entities.
