Jurgen Faff, the businessman who owns Fly Lili, was detained on Monday afternoon for 24 hours, according to the Capital Police. The man whose companies carried the mercenaries of Horațiu Potra in Congo is accused of not paying the state's debts worth 12 million lei, notes G4media.
The businessman Jurgen Faff was heard on Monday by the police officers of the Economic Crime Investigation Service, according to the cited publication.
A week ago, the Romanian authorities were searched at Fly Lili airline, in a tax evasion file with a damage of about 12 million lei, according to context.ro. In a reaction granted to journalists, the businessman from Sibiu said he promised the payment of the company with a plane to ANAF.
A statement of the prosecutors specifies that the company did not pay the state contributions and taxes due for the salaries of the employees worth over 12 million lei, reports the source. Then, the authorities led to the hearings two people as witnesses, being the accountant and the director of the company.

Dozens of flights for Potra's mercenaries
