It is known that on Tuesday the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court considered six protests, which were left without further running. On Wednesday, it was planned to take care of the next, seventh protest, but ultimately it was attached to a joint reconnaissance with other applications.
As Monika Drwal informed, Among the protests submitted in recent days there was a request from a private person, which indicates cases of suspected voting votes cast in the second round for the candidates of Karol Nawrocki and Rafał Trzaskowski. The protest applies to 12 peripheral electoral commissions and is based on protocols available on the website of the National Electoral Commission and media reports.

Earlier, information about errors reported by the members of the election committees appeared. An example is the regional commission No. 95 in Krakow and Commission No. 13 in Mińsk Mazowiecki, where the votes cast for Rafał Trzaskowski were incorrectly attributed to Karol Nawrocki.

The Supreme Court emphasized that reports of irregularities in the activities of electoral commissions, such as errors in counting votes or incorrect fulfillment of protocols, may constitute the basis for submitting protests.
According to the regulations, protests can only be submitted in writing. Other forms, such as e-mail, fax or ePUAP, are unacceptable. Documents can be delivered in person to the Supreme Court or in a Polish post office.
