Land and mortgage register in mObywatel – how to order and download a copy or extract [INSTRUKCJA]
The mObywatel application regularly expands its capabilities. This time it has been expanded with a module that allows you to download copies, extracts and certificates regarding real estate land and mortgage registers. All application owners can use it, but some of the options are only visible if any land and mortgage register is assigned to our PESEL number. The entire assignment process is automatic and, unlike e.g. a digital driving license or ID card, does not require manual addition of the document.
If we are in the land and mortgage register and still do not see it in the application, please contact the district court appropriate for the property. This situation may also occur when our PESEL number has not been disclosed in the land and mortgage register.
Land and mortgage register in mObywatel – how to check it?
To access the real estate data module, follow these steps.
Step 1: We open the mObywatel application and log in with our details
Step 2: After logging in, on the main screen, go to the “Services” section
Step 3: In the “Official matters” category, select the “Land and mortgage register” field
Step 4: In the land and mortgage register menu, select the “Your books” field

Step 5: We select the book assigned to us that interests us from the list
Step 6: If we want to download a document related to a given land and mortgage register, select “Order document”
Step 7: We select the type of document we are interested in from the list

Step 8: To accept your choice and start the procedure, we must select payment
Step 9: On the next screen, we indicate the payment method
Step 10: After paying the fee, you can view the application status in the “Ordered documents” section.

If you choose the third type of document “Extract from the land and mortgage register”we can also choose which sections we are interested in (from I to IV). If you select all, the cost is PLN 40. An ordinary copy costs PLN 30, and a complete copy costs PLN 75.
How to check another land and mortgage register in mObywatel?
However, the added module allows you not only to check your own land and mortgage register data, but also to verify the document presented to you with information about another property. To do this, simply press “Check other person's document” and place the QR code in front of your phone's camera lens. The application then checks its authenticity and entries in the Central Information of Land and Mortgage Registers.
