In the draft changes in banking law, it was proposed that banks should be required to obtain information about the date of the death of the bank account holder directly from the PESEL register, which will allow quick closing of the so -called “dormant accounts”, i.e. bills characterized by the lack of activity of their holders. The draft act provides that, at the end of five years from the date of issuing the last disposition regarding the bank, it will be obliged to apply to the minister competent for computerization about providing data from the PESEL register enabling determining whether the account holder is alive, and if – when he died.

The schedule also included a project prepared by the Ministry of Development and Technology simplifying administrative procedures, which assumes the extension of the institution of the so -called silent consent, i.e. the assumption that the lack of response from the institution means permission for a given act. According to the project, silent consent can be used, for example, when issuing permits of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development for tests of plant protection products by authorized entities and with the entry of identification marks of the manufacturers of measures to the register of the Main Office of Measures and in simplified conservation procedures regarding monuments.

Another project in the schedule of the meeting is the draft amendment to the construction law, which is to facilitate and speed up the investment and construction process, including By regulating the construction of home shelters and home shelters, hide ad hocs with a usable area up to 35 square sq m. It also clarifies the provisions regarding the construction and reconstruction of a single -family residential building with a building area of up to 70 square meters.

The ministers will also deal with a project prepared by the MC filling one of the milestone saved in KPO regarding the increase in the scale of digital applications in the public sphere. It comes, among others for the introduction of a legal basis for the creation of a digitization committee, which will be replaced by the currently functioning Committee of the Council of Ministers for Digitization, and the introduction of the definition of state information architecture.

Another projects, prepared by the Ministry of Finance, will enable persons concluding universal compulsory insurance agreements to consent to electronic communication in the field of information on insurance for the next insurance period throughout the entire period of the insurance contract, and not – as it is now – only at the stage of concluding the insurance contract.

This is another government meeting in which deregulation issues dominate. The ministers are also to listen to the minister's information in the Prime Minister Maciej Berk, who heads the government team coordinating this process.

The ministers will also deal with a project prepared in MS, which aims to remove doubts around the functioning of the provision of the Act on preventing threats of sexual crime and the protection of minors, which concerns the obligation to submit information from the National Criminal Register or a criminal register of another state.

The government is also to deal with an amendment to the government bill on the repeal of the Central Retirement Information Act. (PAP)
