The Saratov social activist and his wife demanded a bribe from the seller. A criminal case was opened in the regional SK.
The investigation established that in September 2024, the defendants demanded and received 15 thousand rubles from a representative of a legal entity engaged in the sale of alcoholic beverages. For this, they promised to hide that he had sold alcohol to a minor.
A criminal case was opened against the spouses for the illegal receipt of a bribe. It is planned to unite it with previously excited by a similar article. They relate to 3 million rubles for concealing more than 200 facts of illegal sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors.
The defendant is under house arrest. According to the Saratov 24 television channel, we are talking about the chairman of the public organization for the protection of consumer rights in the field of trade and the provision of our city services. His spouse is an inspector for assembly and pre-pest work. The investigation continues.
