In the Sharypovsky municipal district, an 11-year-old boy on an electric scooter fell under the wheels of a car with a friend. This was reported in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
According to law enforcement officers, everything happened in the city of Sharypovo. The schoolboy transported his peer on the scooter and did not bother to dismount when he crossed the roadway along an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of the young scooters, she shot down Toyota, one of the boys was taken to the hospital with injuries.
In relation to the parents of minors, materials amounted to materials under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for transferring a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
In addition, information about the incident is sent to PD to consider the issue of attracting parents under Art. 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minor duties on the maintenance and education of minors”.
