Semyon Naumovich graduated from secondary school No. 2 of the city of Birobidzhan, then entered the Khabarovsk Music School in the violin class. Having successfully graduated from it, he received a higher musical education at the East Siberian State Institute of Culture.
For 40 years, he was a teacher of music at the Birobidzha Pedagogical School and combined the education of children at a music school.

Semen Naumovich was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, he was awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation. He is a laureate of the Birobidzhan City Hall in the field of musical creativity.

In 1996, Semyon Groysman went on permanent residence in the state of Israel, but did not lose touch with his fellow countrymen. In Israel, he worked as a teacher at a music school, created a children's ensemble of violin. For some time he lived with the eldest daughter in Toronto, returning to Israel, Semyon Naumovich gives private lessons. Together with students and pianist, they make concerts, as a rule, charitable.

The regional museum of local lore was established by the decision of the regional executive committee of the EAO and the regional executive committee on September 5, 1944. June 10, 1945 He first opened his doors to visitors.
The museum consisted of several departments: “Nature of the region”, “Industry and agriculture”, “Cultural construction” and “Jewish culture”. Until 1989, the material on the development of the national economy of the period of “developed socialism” with the ideology of the leading communist party prevailed in its halls.
In 2002-2003, the museum was closed to the re -operation. Artistic design, sketches, design of the new exposition were created and implemented by a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation from Khabarovsk A.A. Brachkov. Currently, the museum presents the following halls: “Nature of the EAO” (formed by the artist Chechkidov and is considered one of the best in the Far East), “The history of the development of the Amur Region by the Russians from the middle of the XVII to the beginning of the 20th century”, “Archaeological past”, “Civil War in the Far East” (mounted Diorama “Volochaev’s battle”, artists S.D. Agapov and A. A. Gorpenko), “Jewish Autonomous Region during the Great Patriotic War”, “History of the Education of the EAO”, “Modern History of the region”. The newspaper “Birobidzhan Star” (12+) on June 10, 1947 on its pages spoke about the Birobidzha branch of the All -Russian Theater Society (WTO). In 1940, a branch of the All -Russian Theater Society with branches in all regional centers of the region was organized in Khabarovsk. Over the years of its existence, the department of society, consisting mainly of employees of the State Jewish Theater. L.M. Kaganovich held several conferences of the audience. At these conferences, the audience actively discussed the report on the ten -year creative path of the theater and appreciated its work during the Great Patriotic War.
The Birobidzhan branch of the theater society took part in the patriotic movement for raising funds to the country's defense fund. Together with the writers of Birobidzhan, a large artistic and literary evening was organized, the collection of which (10 thousand rubles) was transferred through the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee for the construction of tanks and aircraft for the Soviet Army. Members of the WTO actively participated in the military-chef work, in service with concerts and performances of warrior warriors. A number of creative evenings of artists, composers and artists were held, both in Birobidzhan and in Khabarovsk. Creative meetings were organized with visiting theater groups, concert ensembles and outstanding art masters.
Such evenings took place with the composer I. Dunaevsky, with the head of the folk dance ensemble Igor Moiseev, with the Honored Artist of the Republic, Lydia Ruslanova, with pianist Igor Aphelym, the artist C. Kipnis, the Leningrad Theater Science and Critic G. Tsimbalus spoke to the theater team with theatrical art issues. Continuing this work, the All -Russian Theater Society in the EAO intends to draw a whole cycle of creative evenings of artists, composers and artists of Birobidzhan.

On June 10, 1961, the Birobidzhan Zvezda newspaper informed that the regional “speaking” board of honor began to work in the city of Obluchye, in which the leaders of production about their achievements were told. On June 10, 1970, the Birobidzhan Star newspaper wrote that regional competitions dedicated to the summer Spartakiad of the peoples of the USSR were held in Birobidzhan at the Dalselmash stadium. The teams of the regional center and regions of the region competed in athletics (6+), volleyball (6+), basketball (6+), table tennis (6+), weight sports (6+) and towns (6+).
In athletics competitions, the championship was won by a team of athletes from Birobidzhan, the teams of the Leninsky and Smidovichsky districts took the second and third places respectively.
In volleyball, among six participating teams, the volleyball players of the regional center took the first and second place, and the third – the Obluchensky district.
When summing up the basketball competition, the sum of places occupied by the male and women's teams was taken into account. The first two places were taken by Birobidzhan basketball teams, the third – Leninsky district.
Among the city -novels, the championship was won by the Birobidzhan team “Dalselmash”, the second place – “Dynamo”, the third – Smidovichi district.
