“From the beginning of June, employment contracts signed with foreigners should go to the office, which issued a work permit or entered a statement on entrusting the work to a foreigner to the records. Entrepreneurs were to do it using the ICT system, which was recorded in the Act on the admissibility of entrusting work to foreign to the territory of the Republic of Poland” – we read on Monday in “DGP”.

However, as the newspaper writes, “the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy did not launch it on time.” “What's more, the message issued by the ministry shows that this may only occur during the holidays,” informs the daily.

“Instead of focusing on conducting business, entrepreneurs must think about how to avoid responsibility for them,” says Michał Podulski, vice president of the Employment Agency Association, cited by “DGP”.
