In the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the volunteers took off the dog from the broken ice.
Eyewitnesses published a video with an animal drifting on an ice floe along the Norilsk River on social networks. Carried citizens called 112 and reported on what was happening, but they did not receive a clear answer from the operator about whether they would not receive the dog or not.
Volunteers decided to help the unfortunate animal, the dog was taken ashore by boat:
“The dog was removed from the ice floe, after which everyone who was next to the Norilsk people warmed the shaggy beast, fed and everything ended well,” said the organizations whose members took an active part in a rescue operation.
