“This is another example of Hamas cynical use of civilians as live shields, using civil infrastructure, hospitals, again and again,” said Reuters agency spokesman for the armed forces, General Effie Defin. “We found several rooms under the hospital, just under the House of Emergency Room. According to the spokesperson, the tunnel was the main command and control center of Hamas in the Chan Junus region.
