The portal reminded that two years ago a project was introduced in Russia introducing punishment at the federal level for figures publishing films from attacks. Ultimately, however, this idea was abandoned. In return, from the beginning of last year, in some circuits, administrative responsibility for dissemination of films began to be introduced. According to the calculations of “Kommersant”, the fines are currently applied to the inhabitants of at least 12 circuits.
Responsibility is introduced according to the same scheme: first an article about the violation of the operational staff decisions is introduced into the local Administrative Code, and then the staff itself prohibits citizens to publish film materials showing attacks and their effects – says the portal.
