Mirabela Dauer, called by DNA at the hearings after receiving a place of eternity from General Zisu: “I was offered, with all my heart, a place of eternity, not a favor, a win. It is revolting”

Mirabela Dauer was called to hear by DNA, after receiving a place of eternity from General Cătălin Ștefăniță Zisu, the former commander of the Logistics of the Army, in the Ghencea cemetery in the MApN administration. Zisu is investigated in a new criminal case because he would have convinced the commander of the cemetery to give him illegally, according to G4Media. It is the second time that Zisu is criminally investigated after, in February, he was put under judicial control in a file regarding the works for the extension of the Ghencea Military Cemetery.

The light music singer announced on Friday on her Facebook page that she was called by DNA after “a simple, deeply human gesture, coming from a person who loved artists all her life and who dedicated to support them.”

Mirabela Dauer received from General Zisu a place for ever: “Not to belong to me, I wanted it for those who loved me to leave me a flower, to light a candle. A silent desire for what will be after the better world.”

“The fact that I was offered, with all my heart, a place of eternity, a place of eternity, my dear-a symbol of care and appreciation towards the artist, not a favor, a gain-it was enough to be called to DNA.

It's revolting! It is painful to live in a world where humanity, gratitude and respect for art become topics of investigation. I did not ask for anything, I did not take anything with the strength – I was offered, with love, a quiet place for when I will not be. So much. Nothing more, ”Mirabela Dauer wrote on the social network.

The artist sends Zisu thanks and respect and “something else – the truth always comes to the surface, don't forget!”.

A new DNA file in which Zisu is investigated

General Cătălin Ștefăniță Zisu is investigated by the DNA, in the second criminal case, for inciting abuse in service in continuous form, in which he obtained, for him or for someone, undue benefits, according to G4media.

According to the military prosecutors, in April 2024, Zisu would have convinced General Alexandru Nedelcu, the commander of the unit who manages the Ghence III Military Cemetery, to illegally approve the granting of five places for relatives or close relatives. In three cases, information was falsely passed that the beneficiaries would be employees or reservists of the MApN, to justify the assignment.

The military prosecutors within the DNA have extended the criminal prosecution for five other military:

  • Alexandru Nedelcu, brigadier general in reserve (for committing offenses of abuse in service to obtain undue benefits);
  • Ionuț-Leonard Ghiorghe, general (for complicity in abuse in the service, intellectual false in form, use of false in continuous form and improper participation in false in documents under private signature);
  • Marius-Constantin Popa, main adjutant plutonier in reserve, Constantin-Silvică Ghițoaica, principal adjutant plutonist and Mariana Popa, contractual contractual personnel (for committing the crimes of complicity to abuse in the service if the civil servant obtained for himself or for another an undue use in continuous form, continued in continuous form).

Fraud file with damage over 2.4 million euros

It is the second criminal case in which General Zisu is investigated, after being placed under judicial control by DNA prosecutors on February 15, for a bail worth one million lei. The general-passed in reserve after the investigation is triggered-is accused in a file regarding paid works, but not performed for the extension of the Ghencea Military Cemetery. He is accused of abuse in the service, with particularly serious consequences, in a continuous form. The damage in the file is estimated by the prosecutors at almost 12 million lei.

The prosecutors then searched his home and brought 1,450 paintings to DNA – these representing only one third of the general's paintings. General Zisu held the paintings in different spaces of the Ministry of National Defense, and after the investigation by DNA he moved them to a friend's home.

The investigators found 4,600 paintings, which occupied three floors in a villa, and some of them had dimensions of 2/2 meters. The cited judicial sources say that the prosecutors asked the National Museum of Contemporary Art to expert these paintings, and the expertise would start in about a week. After they were raised to the searches, the paintings were stored by prosecutors in the DNA headquarters, and later they were moved to a warehouse of the Ministry of Defense.

Also, 31 luxury watches were found, including a Richard Mille Skull Tourbillon RM 052 clock, which, if authentic, has a value of over 500,000 euros. Most of the other watches were Rolex, and some of them are worth 60,000-70,000 euros. In this case, the prosecutors were able to verify their authenticity, but in the case of the Richard Mille Skull Tourbillon RM 052 clock, an expert will be done to determine if it is original.

Investigators also found at least 20 luxury bags, Hermes and Louis Vuitton, with a total value of about 200,000 euros, the sources quoted say, specifying that they were authentic. In General Zisu's offices, prosecutors discovered 3,600 bottles of alcoholic beverages at searches.

General Zisu stated, in front of the prosecutors, that these goods were received as a gift.
