Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the Council on Strategic Development and National Projects. The event was held in video conference mode. Participants discussed the launch of new national projects aimed at achieving national goals of Russia's development for the period until 2030 and the prospect until 2036.
Particular attention was paid to national projects designed to strengthen the country's technological sovereignty. Their preparation is supervised by the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation on technological leadership, headed by the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov.
The head of state emphasized that 2025 is largely determining for the technological development of Russia. It is important to clearly understand the directions that today and in the long run will set growth rates, the dynamics of the development of industries, regions, and the whole country. It is necessary to fix those areas and areas where the real global technological leadership of companies, scientific centers, and enterprises is to be ensured. The key task is to orient the profile national projects to increase technological sovereignty for individual elements, but by the industry as a whole.
“New technological solutions cannot be prepared, as they say, in the table. They should find wide application, replicate in all areas. The main thing is that their use leads to an increase in the competitiveness of Russian goods and services, the domestic economy as a whole. And of course, it helped to make the lives of our citizens more convenient and comfortable, ”said Vladimir Putin.
The President noted the high achievements of Russian engineers and designers in the field of unmanned systems, which are recognized as one of the most advanced in the world, as well as unique achievements of compatriots in the space industry. The profile national space on space has been prepared and has become one of the topics of the discussion in the framework of the Council.
