Elon Musk deleted the message in which he stated that Trump appears in Epstein files/ posting from X, eliminated after two days

Elon Musk deleted the message from X stating that US President Donald Trump appears in the still undivided files on the case of Jeffrey Epstein. It is the first sign of relaxation after, during this week, the two leaders had a heated public dispute, reports the New York Post, taken over by News.ro.

“It is time to throw the big bomb,” Musk posted, 53, on Thursday, for the more than 220 million followers, after a several -day tirade against the president of the expenses, which are being adopted in Congress.

“Donald Trump appears in the Epstein files. This is the real reason why they were not made public,” he noted. “A good day, DJT!”

Epstein's former lawyer's reaction

In February, the Department of Justice published over 100 pages with the telephone contacts and the records of Epstein's flights related to the accusations of sexual trafficking brought to the financier, who was once friends with powerful politicians such as former President Bill Clinton, businessmen like Bill Gates and even Trump.

Epstein's former lawyer appeared on Thursday to dispel any rumors that the president involved. “I was hired to lead the defense of Jeffrey Epstein as a criminal lawyer 9 days before his death,” the lawyer David Schoen posted. “He asked for my advice for months before that. I can say with authority, unequivocally and definitively that he had no information that would harm the President Trump.”

The White House councilors have reported that the president's ties with Epstein will probably reappear in a more complete version of the files, but I do not think that no alleged illegality will be revealed.

“It is an unfortunate episode from Elon, who is dissatisfied with One Big Beautiful Bill because he does not include the policies he wanted,” said Karoline Leavitt, the white house spokesman. “The president focuses on the adoption of this historical law and on the return of our country to greatness.”

On Friday, Trump speculated that the richest man in the world “lost his mind”, proof being the series of posts on X.

Epstein and Trump, old acquaintances

Epstein and the future president were photographed and filmed together in parties in the 1990s, and Trump told New York Magazine in 2002 that his friend was a “great guy” who “loves beautiful women as I do, and many of them are younger.”

This happened six years before Epstein pleaded guilty to the charges of the state of request for prostitution and sex request from a minor person, for which he was sentenced to 18 months in prison in a favorable understanding with the Florida authorities. Trump would be forbidden to his former associate access to Mar-A-Lago in 2007, following an incident with the teenage daughter of a member of the club.

In the election campaign of 2024, he also stated that he would have no “any problem” to make more official documents related to Epstein if he had chosen, including the so-called “list of clients” of the deceased pedophile. “I do not believe – that is, I am not involved,” Trump said in September 2024. “Fortunately, I have never been to his island, but many people were.”

A source familiar with the dispute between the billionaire in the field of technology and president noted: “If Elon really believed that the president was deeper involved in the Epstein business, why did he spend six months in his company and said that” he loves him as much as a heterosexual man can love a heterosexual man? “

The Doj files do not contain any new information, as it was already known that Trump flew Epstein's private plane at least seven times between October 1993 and May 1994.

These flight journals – contained in what was called the “small black book” – became public during the process of Epstein's complicit, Ghislaine Maxwell, in 2021. A version of the book is currently auctioned and contains at least five “highlighted” mentions, one of which is Trump, all of which are “Personalities,” Historical auctions.

Internet investigators have speculated that some of Epstein's influential customers would also have made travelers on the private island of the financier, Little St. James, from the Caribbean, where young people and minor girls would have been abused.

Epstein has exploited over 250 minor girls in his houses in New York, Florida and other locations, according to the Department of Justice, before his arrest in July 2019, under the charge of sexual trafficking. The prison guards found him dead, with sheets around his neck, in a federal detention center in New York, on August 10, 2019. Investigators later concluded that death was a suicide.

Once one of Trump's closest allies, Musk gave up his efforts to reduce the costs of government efficiency (Doge) just before the 130 -day term for his special government employee.

Musk expressed his desire to discuss with the president on Friday after dispute, but a white house spokesman later confirmed that no telephone conversation was planned between the former allies.
