More than 160 young families in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will receive a subsidy for housing

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 162 young families from 53 settlements will be able to improve their housing conditions, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities said. They will receive social payments within the framework of the program “Creation of conditions for providing affordable and comfortable housing of citizens”.

A family can receive a subsidy in which the age of the spouses or one of them does not exceed 35 years. Families without children who need to improve housing conditions can count on the payment of 35% of the calculated cost of housing in that municipality where the family lives. Families with one or more child can receive a payment of 40% of the cost of housing. The received funds can be spent on the purchase or construction of housing, as well as on the initial contribution or repayment of the main debt on a mortgage loan.

“My wife and I played a wedding two years ago, bought a 3-room apartment in a mortgage and joined the program for young families. This year they received a payment – about 300 thousand, which the Ministry of Construction transferred to the bank to pay off the main debt. Thanks to this, the overall term of mortgage payments will be reduced. We are happy about this, it will be easier to close the loan. There would be more such programs! ”, – said Alexander Lukyanov from the Aban district.

This year, the minimum payment amount amounted to 294 thousand rubles, the maximum – 4.85 million rubles. The priority right to receive subsidies is granted to large families.

I put up the payment for young families and maternity capital, as a result, I had enough money to pay more than half the cost of a new three -room apartment with an area of 78 square meters. meters.
