According to the constitution, within 14 days of the president's appointment by the President, the Prime Minister presents the program of the Council of Ministers to the Sejm with a request to grant it a vote of trust. The vote of trust, the Sejm adopts an absolute majority of votes in the presence of at least half of the statutory number of deputies.
