
Millions of beautiful and bright jars with yogurt are shouting about the benefits of the body from the shelves of stores. But behind the delicious pictures with strawberries and blueberries, instead of benefit, a set of dubious additives is hidden.
The fact is that most of the so -called “fruit” yogurts are not natural, in a yogurt product that contains a lot of sugar, starch and flavorings.
To increase the shelf life, manufacturers subject the product to heat -processing living bacteria and reducing the nutritional value. Starch is added so that the mass becomes thick.

Therefore, do not blindly trust a beautiful wrapper. Only yogurt with a simple composition of milk and sourdough without sugar is considered useful. Add fresh fruits, berries and honey to it – get a healthy and no less tasty product.
