In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the first stage of the regional program “Siberian character” ended

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the first stage of the regional training program for managerial personnel “Siberian character” ended.

Applications for participation were submitted by more than a thousand participants from the DPR, the Krasnoyarsk and Altai Territory, the Republics of Crimea, Tuva, Khakassia, as well as the Moscow, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Rostov regions. They filled out the profiles and wrote an essay.

Today, testing has begun, which is allotted exactly 72 hours and end on April 19. Each work that the future manager must perform consists of two blocks. The tests themselves and the result assessment system were developed by experts of the Presidential Academy. Those who successfully cope with the tests in mid -May will be an interview. According to its results, a preliminary list of participants will be formed. It will be approved by the Public Council of the Program.

On September 1, the winners of the personnel selection will begin training in the direction of “State and Municipal Administration” in the Higher School of State Administration of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. The module includes full -time and remote blocks.

Mentors will work on the ground with the program participants who will help to get into work processes quickly.

“A fundamental question is mentoring. Each listener will have a mentor. I am no exception – I definitely plan to work with the students of the program in order to constantly fill the theoretical part of the program with practical issues that people in the state and municipal service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory solve today. I am sure that in the process of training, students of our regional educational program will be able to choose a professional activity for themselves – either it is a regional service, or municipal, executive power or legislative. It can be marginal, municipal enterprises that solve the most important tasks of life support in different parts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and in different directions. The potential of people who have undergone a special military operation zone is quite high, and it must definitely be involved in solving issues of the development of regions and municipalities, issues of development of our state and municipal sector of the economy, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Recall that the program “Siberian character” started in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on February 23. It became an addition to the federal project “Heroes of Heroes”, the task of which is to create a qualified management corps from among the participants in a special military operation.
