Cooking

  1. Strawberries for centers should be tight and ripe.

  3. In a bowl with water, dissolve sugar. Bring the water to a boil, and then boil another five minutes.

  5. Add strawberries to boiling syrup and boil it for three minutes. She should not boil.
  6. Leave the strawberries to cool for about five hours, stirring periodically.
  7. Strain strawberries, drain the syrup into a separate container. Bring it to a boil.
  8. Add strawberries to the syrup. Boil for three minutes, stirring, and leave to cool for five hours.
  9. Strain the syrup again and bring it to a boil. Boil 10 minutes over low heat.
  10. Add strawberries to the syrup and boil for three minutes. Leave the strawberries to be saturated with syrup for 12 hours.
  11. Strain the syrup, and put the strawberries on the pallet from the dryer.
  12. Dry strawberries to the state of marmalade.
