The old women were collected from each woman in the village along a pair of baked chicken eggs and put them in a bag of seeds. The man, having left the field for sowing flax, first took breakfast and brought home shells home. According to another custom, the seeder was supposed to be baked eggs to throw as high as possible – to the high growth of flax.
On the same day, they paid a lot of attention to the cucumbers, saying: “deer (Elena) – flaxes, Constantine – cucumbers.” The hostess, taking the old bast shoe, dragged him into the garden, threw it on the bed and said: “How densely this bast shoe was wandering so that my cucumbers are swollen.”
But what should not be weaved on a deer is a braid. On this day, the girls had to walk simple -haired so that the hair was beautiful and long.
