Employees of the Zelenogorsk Electrochemical Plant became prize-winners of the ATOMSKILLS-2025 profile championship

Representatives of JSC PO Electrochemical Plant JSC (JSC for the ECHZ, the Rosatom fuel division in ZATO Zelenogorsk Krasnoyarsk Territory) from the tenth of the Rosatom State Corporation for the ATOMSKILLS, which took place at the site of the Yekaterinburg-EXPO Methods, returned with the awards. (Yekaterinburg).

The current championship was the anniversary – the tenth. 44 competencies, more than 2000 participants from the Russian Federation and friendly countries. This year, separate competitions were also held in the Student League.

The Atomskills Championship is not just large -scale industry competitions of professionals. Since 2016, a whole system of professional training has been created, which includes a series of professional skill contests in many professions presented in the nuclear industry. Today, Atomskills unites not only industry enterprises, but also students of specialized universities, and even schoolchildren.

As part of the business program, 20 events took place: conferences, forums, lectures, master classes. The events were divided into four thematic blocks: “career guidance”, “pedagogical”, “personnel” and “parental”. A special emphasis was on career guidance among schoolchildren and students of secondary and higher educational institutions. The electrochemical plant in the business part of Atomskills-2025 was represented by Irina Duborezova, Deputy General Director of ECHD management.

Within five days, representatives of 16 teams from divisions and enterprises of Rosatom, teams of large domestic and foreign companies, as well as students of specialized engineering universities fought in the main and student leagues for the best of the best.

The electrochemical plant at the championship was represented by a team of nine people. Anna Nesterova, a 2nd category engineer of the technical documentation development department, participated in the competition in the competence of the estimated business. Elena Borodina, a leading engineer-marin engineer of the capital construction department, was simultaneously an expert developer in the competence of “estimated business” and a participant in the fuel division in the competence “Layting out of operation of atomic energy use”.

In the “estimated business”, Anna Nesterova, paired with the expert from the Central Department Store, won “silver”, losing only to the representative of the Istok engineering and construction company. In third place are representatives of the Eleron enterprise.

In the competence of “Relight Protection and Automation Repair”, an engineer of the 2nd category of the network of networks and substations, Alexei Savushkin, acted as deputy chief expert.

The competence “Construction Control” was the OKSA employees: the 2nd category engineer Alexei Anyshev, the construction engineer of the 2nd category Yevgeny Nesterenko and the leading engineer Roman Nesomnishchev (participants). An electrical engineer of the 2nd category Alexander Aksenov and an engineer for organizing the operation and repair of buildings and structures of the 1st category of Oksana Misyura tried themselves as experts-electrical experts.

The factory workers won bronze, losing only to the teams of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Niti named after A.P. Aleksandrova ”and the concern“ Titan 2 ”.

Welcome the participants, the general director of the Rosatom State Corporation Alexei Likhachev noted that all the participants in the championship are already winners, regardless of the place and awards:
