A Russian court forbade Russia's comparison to Russian President Vladimir Putin with Adolf Hitler. This is the Kirovski district court in WHOSK, which has been banned, on the territory of the Russian Federation, the articles on 12 sites containing such images, as well as a number of other visual materials about the Russian president.

The action in the court was initiated by the prosecutors in the city of WHOSK in Siberia, who claimed that the Putin images that refer to the Nazi dictator “negatively affects the interests of society and the state, incite an indeterminate number of people to terrorist activities, crimes and contribute to committing them.”

In some cases, photos were forbidden in which the president were added to Photoshop the mustache and hairstyle. In other cases, the court forbade photographs containing the inscription “Putler Kaput”.

Most of these images were made during the protests against the Russian leadership, and the inscriptions were written on the banners of the protesters. For example, the court forbade a photo of the blogger Ilya Varlamov, in which a woman with a banner that writes “Putler, drink poison until you are served with lead.”

In addition, the court forbade a page on the website Stihi.ru, where a picture is published with a little revolver at the temple and with the inscription “how to save Russia from shame”.

Also, a page from “Live Journal” was forbidden, where a stylized image of Putin's photo was published and the inscription “the process on the merits started. The creature said it is not guilty”.

Since the beginning of the Russian invasion in Ukraine, Putin has been compared to the Nazi dictator several times, because of the pretexts invoked by Moscow to invade the neighboring country, but also because of the cruel behavior of the Russian soldiers including the civilian population.
