Krasnoyarstsev is invited to take part in a donor action dedicated to the City Day. This was reported in the city hall.
June 7 in Krasnoyarsk in the Youth Center “Good deed” on the street. Krasnomoskovskaya, 42 will be held the annual donor action “A drop of good”. From 9:00 to 14:00 there will work there a visiting mobile complex and a team of doctors who will receive pre -registered donors.
To donate blood, it is necessary to pre -register at the link until June 6 inclusive.
For those who want to become a donor, there are some restrictions:
- age is not younger than 18 years;
- Those who have become ill-Covid-19 can become donors only six months after recovery, and after vaccination from the Covid-19 should pass at least 1 month;
- Donors cannot be people who have hepatitis;
- Body weight should be at least 50 kilograms.
“The main goal of our donor action is to help create a stable supply of blood to save the lives of our fellow countrymen. We are glad that thanks to systemic work with youth, more and more young people join the donor movement, making our city kinder and more responsive. On this festive day, we prepared a special surprise for donors – showing documentaries about Krasnoyarsk, so that each participant in the action would not only help others, but also learn more about the rich history and development of our city, ”said Vsevolod Proskurin, curator of the donor campaign.
Before donating blood, it is necessary to sleep and have breakfast properly, and the day before limit the use of fatty, fried, smoked food and dairy products. Also, Krasnoyarsk residents should refuse tobacco products an hour before the donation and from alcohol -containing products – in 48 hours.
