In the partisan district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the ex-director of the Minsk Secondary school MCOU will appear to the court for fraud with stimulating payments. This was told in the prosecutor's office of the region.

On the last day of the summer of 2023, the attacker decided in the new academic year to dispose of the wage fund. Without convening members of a specially created commission, he determined the amount of payments to school employees unevenly and overstated the amount of a bonus for “favorites”, for example, for his mother. At that time, the woman worked in a teacher in an educational institution.

Six months later, the director of the director was revealed by his colleagues. The sole management of the attacker by the school budget led to damage in the amount of 239 thousand rubles.

“The school workers complained to the prosecutor's office. Based on the materials of the audit, a criminal case was opened. The prosecutor approved the ex-director of the accusation of abuse of the official powers of part 1 of Art. 285 of the Criminal Code, ”the press service of the supervisory authority said.

When the frauds were opened and the process of criminal prosecution was launched, in order to avoid the implementation of the arrested personal car, the ex-director of MKOU Minsk Secondary School compensated the damage caused.

In the near future, the partisan district court will consider the case against the former head of the educational institution.
