In Krasnoyarsk, a 19-year-old guy will appear before the theft of money from a microfinance organization. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the supervisory authority, everything happened in the summer of 2024. Yesterday, a schoolboy, experiencing the need for money, decided to arrange an online loan. He was not going to return the money, so for conspiracy he sent an application with his friend's passport data to the microfinance organization. Thus, the guy received 5 thousand rubles on a card.
Later, the young man issued seven more loans in the amount of 25 thousand rubles and came into the view of law enforcement officers. The prosecutor approved him of fraud (part 1 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the Soviet District Court of the city of Krasnoyarsk.
We will remind, earlier the security forces detained a suspect in a robbery attack on a microfinance organization in a green grove of the regional center.
