The Golden Coil agency, specializing in influencer marketing, finished 2024 with a net profit of PLN 1.64 million. Most of this amount was allocated to dividend for shareholders – writes the portal Wirtualnemedia.pl.
The company, whose majority shareholder is Piotr Żak, the younger son of Zygmunt Solorz, recorded an increase in revenues by 9.5 percent. year on year, reaching PLN 18.49 million.
Piotr Żak, with 75 percent shares in Golden Coil, and Martyna Karaś, who is the head of the agency and the owner of the remaining 25 %, decided that from last year's net profit 800 thousand. PLN will receive as a dividend. Other amount, 842.7 thous. PLN, supplied the company's supplementary capital.
In previous years, Golden Coil paid the shareholders to 800,000 PLN (2023) and 500 thousand PLN (2022).

The total revenues of Golden Coil in 2024 came from the sale of services, of which revenues from national contractors increased from PLN 16.89 million to PLN 18.49 million. In turn, revenues from foreign clients dropped from PLN 2.5 million to PLN 2.03 million.
The company recorded an increase in financial revenues – from 114.5 thousand. PLN to 260.4 thous. zloty.
The agency's operating costs increased by 13.5 percent, reaching PLN 16.41 million, which exceeded the dynamics of revenue growth. Foreign services were the largest part of these expenses. At the same time, salary costs fell from 207.4 thousand. PLN to PLN 107.1 thousand zloty.
As a result Golden Coil's profitability has dropped. Net profit decreased from PLN 1.83 million to PLN 1.64 million.

The last months of 2024 were turbulent for Piotr Żak because of the dispute over the succession in the business Empire of Zygmunt Solorz. As a result of the conflict, Piotr Żak and his brother Tobias Solorz were dismissed from most supervisory boards of companies belonging to the family holding. They both filed lawsuits in connection with the dismissal of the councils of Cyfrowy Polsat and from PAK. Piotr Żak remains the president of Telewizja Polsat. He took this function at the beginning of 2024.
