On May 25, a resident of the Oktyabrsky district, with a statement that unknown had stole a bicycle worth about 8 thousand rubles belonging to her 12-year-old son, applied to the duty unit of the police department No. 2 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Krasnoyarsk”.
Police officers found that the teenager left a bicycle on the playground, and he went home. When the boy returned to the yard, there was no bicycle on the spot.
Soon, criminal investigators detained the alleged kidnapper. It turned out to be the previously convicted Krasnoyarsk born in 1997 Law enforcement officers found that the man passed the bike to the pawnshop. The property was seized and returned to the legal owner.
A criminal case has been instituted against the detainee under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code “Theft”. The defendant faces the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to five years.
