The head of the Sledkom ordered to report on the investigation into the case of the appeal of residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory about the lack of a road

A report on the appeal of residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory about the lack of transport infrastructure will be submitted to the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

According to the regional investigative committee, residents of the village of Drokino appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a complaint about the unimproved road. As a result, public transport, special service vehicles and school buses cannot enter the village. Children are forced to walk to school along an unpaved and unlit section of the road. Local authorities are not taking measures to solve the problem.

Based on this fact, the Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk Territory is investigating a criminal case under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the regional Investigative Committee, Alexey Eremin, to report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case and on the arguments of the residents’ appeal.
