“The head of the Military District Administration in the sums of Oleh Hryhorov signed a decision on the obligatory evacuation of residents of the next 11 towns in the summary region. The decision was taken in connection with the constant threat to the life of civilians as a result of fire of the border towns” – indicated in the communiqué.
The evacuation was announced in the villages that are located northwest of the city of the sum, near the city of Biłopole, about 10-15 km from the border with the Russian Federation. The front line is currently in a different place – about 30 km north of the circuit capital.
According to Hryhorów, the total number of towns in the summary region, in which the evacuation was announced, had already reached 213. Earlier the head of the Military District Administration in sums reported that over 60 percent. residents were evacuated from the region's border areas.

On Tuesday, the authorities of the summary region confirmed that the Russian army took four villages in the border belt of this region. According to analysts, Moscow strives to create a buffer zone there.
Hryhorow said on Tuesday that “Currently, in the territory of the summary region under the control of the opponent there are the towns of Noweńke and Basiwka in the commune of Junakiwka, and the wedding and Żurawka in the commune of Chotiń.”
Earlier – on Monday – the Ukrainian analytical portal Deepstate reported that the Russians occupied a border area in the summary region with an area of approx. 60 km. The Ukrainian villages of Noweńke and Basiwka are on the eastern side of this abutment, while the eastern Żulawka and the wedding.
The sums are about 25 km from the border with Russia and the buffer zone of such a depth would prevent Ukrainian forces to attack Russia's territory from barrel artillery and using tactical drones.
