The unknown person threw a bottle of incendiary mixture in a police car near the Arbat ATS building in the center of Moscow. Presumably, a 65-year-old man became a victim of Ukrainian scammers.
According to Mash, in the region of 17 o’clock the pensioner threw the “cocktail of Molotov” under the service car. The fire was quickly extinguished, the man was detained, the territory was cordoned off.
