In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, production certificates were canceled for 5.8 tons of sausage. They found signs of falsification. This was told in the Office of the Rosselkhoznadzor of the region.
Specialists of the department conducted an unscheduled documentary verification of the meat processing enterprise LLC Raskolbas, which operates in the Berezovsky district. Signs of falsification were found in the bonds of “Moskvoretsky”, made on January 21 and February 4, as well as in Krakowskaya sausage of January 25.
Meat products were analyzed in the laboratory of the Krasnoyarsk branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “TsOK APK”. In the samples, plant components of protein and carbohydrate were found – soy isolated protein, starch, gum, carragan.
“This indicates the use of components that are not announced on the labeling of products and unacceptable sausages in the production of sausages according to GOST,” the Rosselkhoznadzor noted.
For falsification of sausages, the master of meat processing enterprises received a fine from Rosselkhoznadzor in the amount of 20 thousand rubles.
The company planned laboratory studies of products to eliminate the identified violations and avoid their repetition.
