The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, during the annual message, told what measures to support the fighters appeared in the region.

For participants in a special military operation, two regional programs were launched – the Defenders of the Fatherland and the Siberian Character. The first helps fighters comprehensively. Based on the assessment of questionnaires and testing results, experts compiled ratings of candidates among veterans and existing military personnel. Of those fighters who have already returned home, 107 people were invited to an interview. This stage should end until the end of May, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov.
