Donald Trump's great success. Court of Appeal on his side

Let's remind. The Federal Court for International Trade ruled that Donald Trump had exceeded its rights by imposing customs tariffs to other countries on the basis of the Act on international extraordinary economic rights. Thus, he blocked the majority of announced duties.
By announcing duties, Trump referred to the law of 1977. However, the three -member judge panel noted that it does not indicate tariffs as a tool with which the president can protect the USA against economic threats.
The White House reaction did not have to wait long. Donald Trump's administration within a few minutes of announcing the ruling appealed, demanding that the Federal Court of Appeal would not only change this ruling, but to temporarily block it. This is also the case.
