Achinka returned the three -time cost of cracked boots with Wildberries

A resident of Achinsk contacted the Office Rospotrebnadzor after buying low -quality boots with Wildberries.

As the woman said, winter shoes crackled in four socks. The dissatisfied customer first turned to the seller through the marketplace with a request to return to her 4,731 rubles for low -quality shoes, but received a refusal.

Then Achinka turned to the department. Specialists of Rospotrebnadzor prepared and sent a claim in defense of her rights. Ultimately, the court recovered from IP Sambikin E.I. 16 189 rubles, including penalty, moral harm and fine.
