“Based on the information that the interview is gaining, and open data, we see that Putin and his surroundings do not intend to end the war. (…) the opposite is: There is a lot of evidence that they are preparing new offensive operations. Russia is counting on continuing the war. And it is an open insult to those in the world who want peace, who try to make diplomacy to work, “he said in an evening video recording.

Zelanski repeated that the only way out is the severity of sanctions against Russia. He assessed that they were necessary in connection with more and more bold attacks on his country. “Over 900 drones in recent days, plus ballistics, plus maneuvering shells (used against Ukraine – PAP) – it has no military sense, but is a political choice, the choice of Putin, the choice of Russia: the choice of Russia: the choice to continue fighting and ruining life” – he emphasized.

The president reminded that Russia announced that he would publish a memorandum regarding peace. “They've lost over a week. They say a lot about diplomacy. However, when we are dealing with permanent Russian attacks, killings and preparations for new offenses, this is already a diagnosis. Russia deserves great pressure, everything that can be exerted.

Zelanski announced that after analyzing the recent massive Russian attacks, he issued an order to increase the production of drones capturing the opponent's unmanneders. “I also recommended the separation of financing our Ukrainian ballistic program for faster rocket production,” he said.
