The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, denounced as “abominable” the wave of lethael attacks on civil locations in the Gaza Strip, including a school, during a Tuesday's telephone conversation with King Abdullah II of Jordan, AFP reports.

On Monday, the Israeli army issued an evacuation warning for areas of Khan Yunis, a city in the south of Gaza strip, according to AFP.

“Terrorist organizations continue to launch rockets from your areas. Khan Yunis area is considered a dangerous battle area (…).
