The electrochemical plant helps organizations of Zelenogorsk increase the efficiency of work

The Managing Council of the project “Comprehensive optimization of the production of enterprises of the nuclear industry” approved the list of “PSR leaders” and determined the new vector of the development of the production system of Rosatom (PSR) for the next five -year plan. In particular, it is assumed to introduce the principles of “lean production” not only in industry, but also in other organizations of atomic cities.

According to the results of 2024, JSC PO Electrochemical Plant (JSC “On the ECH”, the enterprise of the fuel division “Rosatom” in ZATO Zelenogorsk of the Krasnoyarsk Territory) was again among the best enterprises where the development of the PSR is most successful. The ECHZ received a positive assessment during a developmental partner quality audit (RPPK), which was carried out by specialists of PSR JSC, TELEL JSC, Chi Tigirum, Grinat JSC and FSUE PSZ. Some directions were protected remotely.

According to most criteria related to improving work on business indicators, decomposition of goals, basic grocery flows, digitalization, PSR-figures, PSR projects, PSR Engineering and personnel activation, the enterprise received maximum grades.

As for the prospects for cooperation of factory workers with city organizations on the introduction of the principles of the PSR, here the ECP can share rich experience. Good words about the universal “lean production” sound from the Green -General doctors, teachers, librarians, communal workers, employees of the city administration, that is, from all those to whom the enterprise specialists helped increase the efficiency of work and improve the quality of processes.

According to the head of the OICP Mikhail Morozov, this work is actively taking place this year:

“When we are asked to help to improve life in the city, we always respond. This year alone, it is planned to implement eight new PSR projects in DDU, educational institutions and in the city administration. Including with the financial support of an electrochemical plant. ”

According to the results of 2025, “in order to increase productivity in the social sphere, the development of“ boxed ”solutions and determine the best PSR practitioners,” a pilot rating of nuclear cities will be compiled, where the principles of the production system of Rosatom are introduced. Moreover, when evaluating, the participation of youth design teams will be especially taken into account.
