Krasnoyarsk SGK stations were among the leaders of the city competition in social partnership and labor protection

In Krasnoyarsk, the results of the competition on social partnership and labor protection were summed up.

In the Nomination “Energy” Krasnoyarsk TEP-1 and Krasnoyarsk TPP-3 took second and third places. Experts evaluated the introduction of modern labor protection programs, active work with the team, and the implementation of social projects. The administration of the city of Krasnoyarsk is the organizer of the annual city review contest for the best organization in the field of social partnership and labor protection. The competition is aimed at increasing the culture of production, reducing injuries and promoting social responsibility of enterprises. SGK is actively interacting with universities, together with osuzes, prepares specialists for the industry as part of the Federal Professor Program.

Among the priority areas of the company is always the social sphere. For example, for the children of stations workers, vouchers are provided for recreational camps. In 2024, SGK organized a vacation for almost 200 schoolchildren. The guys spent the summer holidays in the camps of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia and the Novosibirsk Region. Thanks to the support of the Melnichenko Foundation, schoolchildren take place of healing courses in the rehabilitation department of the Polyana FSBU “Children's Medical Center” in the Moscow Region.
