Ingredients
For the filling:
- Chicken fillet – 300 g
- Salted cucumbers – 150 g
- Potatoes – 200 g
- Onions – 50 g
- Mayonnaise and ketchup – 100 g
- Spices and oil – to taste
For cakes:
- Wheat flour – 150 g
- Water (boiling water) – 75 ml
- Salt is a pinch
Cooking
1. Cut chicken fillets and potatoes into strips. Fry separately to golden color with your favorite spices.
2. Fresh onions and cucumbers cut into thin slices. Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
3. Combine flour and salt, add water and vegetable oil. Knead the elastic dough and roll out into a thin cake.
4. Fry it in a dry pan on both sides until golden. Then cool, put the filling inside and roll the roll.
