On Friday, a judge issued a temporary restriction order that blocks the Trump administration plan to revoke Harvard University to enroll foreign students, according to the BBC.
The decision was taken under the conditions in which Harvard filed a trial on Friday to challenge the US government's decision to deprive the university's prestigious university to enroll foreign students. The representatives of the educational institution claim that the measure represents a “flagrant violation” of the law and the right to freedom of expression.
The Trump administration claims that Harvard did not do enough to combat anti-Semitism and to change their employment and admission practices, accusations that the University vehemently denies.
The American district judge Allison Burroughs issued a temporary restriction order on Friday, which suspends the Department of Internal Security on Thursday to revoke the Harvard University access to the database that manages foreign students.
